Shenington December

Comer Cadet AJ McRoberts had never raced at Shenington before, never raced at a proper outdoor circuit or driven in the wet. However, after listening to his coach Alex. He improved his lap times with every session, and was up among the full plates by the end of the day. That's some achievement! AJ will soon be ready to take his ARKS test and we have no doubt that his talent will shine through in 2009.

 

 

Lewis Malin in Minimax made slow but steady progress at Shenington. As the track dried on Sunday, naturally his lap times fell, and although Lewis wasn't at the front of the field, improvement was made in his own right. Full plates await Lewis next year, and a new opportunity beckons.

 

 

Tom Hill spent his second consecutive weekend with Kart Coach fantastically. He easily qualified into the A Final, gridding on p.11. A consistent race ensued with Tom eventually finishing the same place as he started. Tom was especially pleased with the result, considering most meetings see a fight to gain a position in the A Final, yet this month he qualified with ease. Well done!
